  26.           XXXXmmmmCCCCrrrreeeeaaaatttteeeeSSSSeeeelllleeeeccccttttiiiioooonnnnBBBBooooxxxx creates an unmanaged SelectionBox.  A
  27.           SelectionBox is used to get a selection from a list of
  28.           alternatives from the user and includes the following:

  41.           default an AAAAppppppppllllyyyy button is also created; if the parent of
  42.           the SelectionBox is a DialogShell it is managed, and
  43.           otherwise it is unmanaged.  Additional work area children
  44.           may be added to the SelectionBox after creation.
